Roles and responsibilities:

To lead the organization’s ESG strategy building and goal setting by keeping the corporate objectives in view. Catalyze the implementation of ESG-related activities and their inclusion in operations and business practices

  • Develop and implement ESG strategy and framework within the organization.
  • Conduct ESG risk assessments and opportunity analyses aligned with the organization’s business operation.
  • Oversee internal ESG and safety audits and monitoring.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including investors, NGOs, and regulators.
  • Develop and maintain ESG reporting and disclosure.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the board of directors on ESG matters.
  • Conduct ESG training and awareness programs for employees
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage ESG data and metrics, including carbon footprint and sustainability performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration with external ESG experts and consultants, as and when required.
  • Responsibility for ESG document control and record control.
