Job Description

  • Plan quarterly budgets for each digital medium for new customer acquisition and remarketing. Create and launch optimised campaigns through Google Adwords, GDN, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube Marketing. Plan and execute re-marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including SMS and Email campaigns.
  • Measure performance, create daily reports, and evaluate consumer research, market conditions and competitor data. Manage digital marketing KPIs such as, customer acquisition cost, returning visitors metrics, response rate, traffic to lead and lead to sales ratio, first visit metrics, avg. visit duration etc.
  • Manage Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager and Google Optimize. Manage Google my business using Google ad platform.
  • Blog Management – strategy & implementation such as post frequency, identification of keywords and traffic to the website.
  • Website Management - content updates, hosting renewal, SSL renewal, on page & off page promotion, agency coordination, solving any technical issues in coordination with the agency, billing, up gradation etc.
  • CRM Management - Agency coordination, API integration, smooth functioning of the digital marketing reporting section, report monitoring.
  • Real estate portal management and vendor negotiation
  • Online reputation management
  • Implement innovations and new trends in digital marketing.
  • Team Handling - monitoring the team performance and addressing escalations


Desired profile

  • Strong analytical mind and critical thinking skills
