• Responsible to assist Recruitment and Selection of candidates 
• Support in Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, employee referral, social media, campus visits etc- Reduce sourcing through consultants to minimize cost
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assist in conducting HR interviews
• Experience in campus recruitment
• Create resource bench/ manpower pipeline for specific roles
• Maintain databank for resources (–interviewed/shortlisted/on hold) for future reference
• Onboard new employees and arrange for Induction/ Orientation program per quarter
• Responsible for background verification of all new joiners 
• Maintain analytical and well documented reports/MIS related to recruitment/on boarding
• Responsible for maintaining records for Manpower deployment at site(internal transfer)
• End to end consultant management related to recruitment/on boarding-from selection to payment coordination
• Responsible for Employee Engagement like Annual Picnic / Birthday Bash/ new initiatives
• Support training processes 
• Ensure self development/ learning for continuous improvement in work quality
